We also installed floor-to-ceiling tiling, an open-rise mono stringer staircase, and a new roof. Additional enhancements included house tie-down and bracing installation for enhanced structural integrity, the addition of a bar and gym, all-new cabinetry, fireplace installation, full house rendering, new laundry facilities, high-quality carpet installation, complete rewiring, and air conditioning installation, and a full plumbing overhaul.
