“My wife and I have just built our first investment property with Resi Homes. There were many investment packages being marketed by other builders that drew us in but on closer inspection there were minor things that we didn’t like and to change anything was an extra charge, unlike at Resi Homes. We chose to take their ‘Tilda’ design and make some minor adjustments to suit our block and preferences. We spoke about budget and they broke down the price and inclusions of the house so that we knew the square meterage price with the inclusions outlined. We felt financially comfortable going ahead with Resi Homes.
The process was all very stress free and once construction started the build went like clockwork. The construction time from signing the contract to handover was just over 9 weeks. Being an investment property, build time was very important to us. Although it is an investment property the finish and quality of build is second to none.
